The large flower and circle nipple shields are 1 and 3/4 of an inch across. For the larger size nipples the twisted ring in the centre opens up to 1/2 an inch across. For the smaller size nipples the twisted ring in the centre winds down to 3/8 an inch across.
How to wear your large Gold Nipple Shields.
They are hand made and have a fully adjustable twisted nipple ring that sits in the shield. First of all open up the twisted ring that sits in the centre of the shield. When the nipple is erect place the shield over them and gently pull it through. Using your finger tips tighten the ring to fit your size. The hand twisted solid gold ring is strong but soft enough to wind down around your nipple to fit securely and snug.
